The menu will take a plant-forward approach, featuring not only vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses, and nuts but also dairy products that encapsulate the principles of health, sustainability, and self-sufficiency. The cuisine, without adhering to any specific label, allows the ingredients to shine through in their purest form, bringing out the best flavours and textures.
Guestronomy, founded by Sareeka John and Payal Bafna in 2019, specializes in creating exceptional experiences that exceed guest expectations. Their innovative approach connects intricate details, drawing from extensive travel experiences to deliver unparalleled hospitality.
