ITC Hotels has announced the appointment of Sabrina Dey as the new General Manager of the iconic ITC Windsor - a Luxury Collection Hotel.
Sabrina began her career with Oberoi Hotels, graduating from OCLD in 2008. She worked in Food and Beverage across multiple Oberoi properties, including The Oberoi Mumbai, Trident Nariman Point, The Oberoi Amarvilas, and The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, where she served as Executive Assistant Manager, F&B. In 2018, she transitioned to a general management role as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Kolkata and later the Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort and Spa.
With a career spanning almost two decades, Sabrina will helm a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including strategic planning, optimising operational and financial metrics, and maintaining the distinguished guest service standards of the ITC Hotels brand. She is acclaimed for deploying strategies that drive business growth, ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and health protocols, engage in innovative conceptualization, strategically allocate resources to maximise profitability, and craft exceptional customer experiences, enhancing brand visibility.
ITC Hotels are celebrated for their culinary excellence, offering authentic and signature dining experiences that blend local and global flavours. With a commitment to Responsible Luxury, ITC Hotels will enhance its culinary legacy and brand positioning further with Sabrina's extensive F&B expertise.
In her new role, Sabrina will lead the first LEED Zero Carbon certified hotel, driving the dynamic luxury team to create environmentally conscious guest experiences at ITC Windsor.
Sabrina has won multiple industry accolades, including BW Hotel Manager (East Zone), BW Hotelier F&B Manager (East Zone), and the FLO GR8 Award for Bravery for her actions during the 26/11 terror attack on The Oberoi Mumbai.
An explorer at heart, Sabrina enjoys travelling. During her leisure time, she enjoys reading and finds great joy in new culinary adventures.
