PepsiCo and Tata Consumer Products Join Forces to Enter Packaged Snacks Market
PepsiCo and Tata Consumer Products have announced a collaboration to develop and market packaged snacks, merging PepsiCo's Kurkure brand with Tata's Ching's Secret. This partnership aims to strengthen their presence in the rapidly expanding Indian snacks market, projected to reach ₹95,521.8 crore by 2032.

The announcement comes four years after the termination of their joint venture for beverages, NourishCo. This new venture reflects both companies' strategic intentions to capitalize on the growing demand for snack products in India. As they work together, PepsiCo and Tata aim to leverage their respective strengths to capture a larger share of the competitive snacks sector.
