Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg Expresses Frustration Over Leaks in Internal Meeting
In a recent internal meeting, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg voiced his frustration over the constant leaks of his remarks. “We try to be really open, and then everything I say leaks. It sucks,” he said, reflecting on the ongoing challenge of keeping internal discussions secure. Ironically, the remarks from the same meeting were leaked to the press shortly after.
Zuckerberg mentioned the growing need to be cautious about what he shares internally due to the persistent leaks, which have caused frustration within the company. In response to these security breaches, Meta's Chief Information Security Officer Guy Rosen warned employees that leaks would lead to serious consequences, including potential terminations. Several employees have already been dismissed for leaking information.
