Phenom Expands in India with Acquisition of Talent Platform EDGE

 

US-based AI-driven HR tech company Phenom has acquired Bengaluru-based talent mobility platform EDGE, reinforcing its position in workforce intelligence for professional services firms and global capability centers (GCCs). While the financial details remain undisclosed, this marks Phenom’s sixth acquisition, furthering its mission to connect a billion people with the right jobs.

 

The acquisition strengthens Phenom’s footprint in India, a rapidly growing hub for enterprise solutions and HR tech innovation. With plans to double its workforce in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Bengaluru, the company is set for significant expansion across the country.
