On February 7, 2025, schools in Delhi and Noida, including Ahlcon International School in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Shiv Nadar School in Noida, and St. Stephen's College in Delhi, received bomb threats via email, prompting police to launch investigations.

 

Following standard procedure, the schools evacuated their campuses. Bomb squads and dog squads were dispatched to the locations to conduct anti-sabotage checks. So far, authorities have found nothing suspicious.

 

Ahlcon International School received the email around 5:00 a.m., with the principal discovering it at 5:44 a.m.. The email indicated explosives were present in the school building and could be detonated remotely. The principal immediately alerted staff and students. Similarly, St. Stephen's College received a bomb threat email at 7:42 a.m.
