The Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has informed that GST Council to meet again on December 11-12 as the logjam on the crucial issue of division of tax continues. 

"I hope during the next meeting on December 11-12, there is a positive movement as far as laws are concerned. On the critical issue of cross empowerment, two three suggestions have come," he said. 

The Finance Minister is the chairman of the Council on GST, which ended third time in row with no consensus on Saturday. The differences between states and the centre is hinting delay in the implementation of the GST. While, the government is confident about rolling out GST on its schedule of April 1 next year.
