WTO functionaries said the event hosted in the past was instrumental in bringing together over 6,000 buyers and influencers from across the country and abroad. The business meet planned as part of the latest event would draw the participation of 500 shortlisted buyers from across India, they said, adding that the initiative would enhance Wayanad’s visibility in emerging markets and promote the Wayanad- Kannur-Kasaragod circuit as a compelling travel experience.
