In a great piece of advice to Narendra Modi, late J Jayalalita had written a one line note to Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary P Rama Mohana Rao addressing the Prime Minister. It was the day just two days before she suffered critical cardiac arrest in the Apollo Hospital in Chennai. It was December 2nd, when she collected all her energy to write a great price of advice for Narendra Modi.

She wrote do not interfere with the amount of gold Indians posses as it was matter of sentiments for them. 

As per the media reports, the note was also shown to Tamil Nadu in-charge Governor Vidyasagar Rao, believing that the message will be conveyed to the Prime Minister.
