The Supreme Court of India has given major shock to Congress party after it termed documents as fictitious that Rahul Gandhi has been claiming to shake Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The court has said that the documents seized by the Income Tax department, which Congress vice president referred to attack PM for corruption - as "zero", "fictitious" and "not authentic".

According to the media reports, the court was hearing petition filed by lawyer Prashant Bhushan alleging pay-offs by corporate houses to Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat.

The court has asked to furnish more credible evidences to substantiate the allegations against the Prime Minister.

Reacting to this, members of BJP have called the Congress leader a "bluffmaster" and alleged him of insulting the Supreme Court, which has not found merit in the allegations.
