Tiger Shroff’s latest action release has secured a place in the Top 10 highest-grossing films of his career. With collections reaching ₹39.75 crore in its first five days, the film now holds the 8th spot, surpassing Remo D’Souza’s A Flying Jatt, which had recorded ₹38.57 crore. However, despite achieving this milestone, the movie is still lagging behind several of Tiger’s bigger commercial successes.
Facing stiff competition from The Conjuring: Final Rites, Baaghi 4 opened with an impressive ₹12 crore on its first day. Earnings dropped on Saturday to ₹9.25 crore, before a slight recovery on Sunday with ₹10 crore. The momentum weakened during weekdays as Monday collections fell to ₹4.5 crore and Tuesday to ₹4 crore, taking the cumulative earnings to ₹39.75 crore. Projections suggest that the film could reach the ₹45 crore mark by the end of its opening week.
The road ahead, however, looks challenging. The 7th position on Tiger’s career chart is held by his debut film Heropanti, which earned ₹52.7 crore. The 6th spot belongs to Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with ₹65.32 crore, while the 5th is taken by Student of the Year 2 with a lifetime collection of ₹79.86 crore. For Baaghi 4 to climb higher, it will need to maintain momentum in the coming weeks despite stiff box office competition.
