Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Promotes Chirag Punjabi to Chief Strategy & Finance Officer

 

Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality has officially promoted Chirag Punjabi to the position of Chief Strategy & Finance Officer, effective immediately.

 

Chirag has been a key member of Impresario’s leadership team. In his new role, he will lead the company’s strategy, finance, and technology functions, ensuring these critical areas work seamlessly together to drive Impresario’s next phase of growth.

 

Since joining Impresario in December 2019 as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chirag has demonstrated remarkable dedication and strategic insight. His promotion to CSFO reflects his consistent performance, leadership qualities, and ability to deliver impact across the organization.

 

To support this transition, Srinivas Rao, the Chief Financial Officer, and Hardik Shah, the Chief Technology Officer, will now report directly to Chirag. This realignment is expected to enhance collaboration and streamline decision-making across strategic, financial, and technological priorities.
