Nagaland’s Tourism Minister Temjen Imna Along has highlighted Dzükou Valley as a major focus for world-class tourism development. Speaking at the ongoing State Tourism Ministers Meet in Udaipur, he underscored the valley’s pristine natural beauty and rich cultural significance. The Minister proposed Dzükou Valley as the State’s entry for the “Development of 50 Tourist Destinations of Global Standards” initiative.
The plan involves a transformative investment of ₹250 crore, aimed at building eco-friendly luxury accommodations, tourist facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The initiative seeks to improve accessibility and enhance visitor experiences while carefully preserving the valley’s delicate ecosystem.
