Shilpa Sharma, elevated to Senior Sales Manager, brings over four years of experience in hospitality sales, having worked with Le Méridien Hyderabad across sales roles. Since joining Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre in 2024 as Sales Manager, Shilpa has focused on strengthening the hotel complex's engagement with clients and business partners across its core sales segments. Her experience in handling MICE and catering enquiries, corporate and social events, weddings and key accounts has contributed to the sales team's ability to respond to a wide range of business requirements.

Her earlier experience also includes working with top corporate accounts and travel agents, managing ODCs for accounts including Accenture, Cognizant and Capgemini, while working with sales platforms including SFA Web, OneSource, MI Leads, OPERA PMS and Cvent. In her elevated role, Shilpa will take greater ownership of client relationships, MICE and events business, key accounts and revenue opportunities, while working closely with internal teams to address the requirements of the hotel complex's corporate and social clientele.

Dibyasha Sarangi Elevated to Marketing & Communications Manager

Dibyasha Sarangi, elevated to Marketing & Communications Manager, brings experience across hospitality, healthcare and international content, with expertise spanning brand communication, digital strategy and audience engagement. She has been associated with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC since November 2024, progressing from Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communication to her current role.

During her tenure with the property, Dibyasha has contributed to integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, social media, events and partnerships, while supporting MICE, F&B, wedding, partnership and loyalty campaigns. In her new role, Dibyasha will continue to lead marketing and communication initiatives for the property, with a focus on strengthening brand visibility, driving engagement and supporting the hotel's evolving business and brand objectives.
