Goa is preparing a new tourist attraction at the Zuari Bridge with the development of two large observatory towers designed to add a major landmark to the state.

The twin structures will rise around 125 metres and are planned as part of the 13.20 kilometre Zuari Bridge project. The towers are expected to include viewing facilities along with a revolving restaurant and an art gallery.

The concept was inspired by the Eiffel Tower and is being promoted as a combination of infrastructure and tourism development. Visitors are expected to get panoramic views of the surrounding Goa landscape from the elevated facilities.

The project is also connected with improved road connectivity between different parts of the state. Officials believe the new attraction could strengthen Goa's tourism appeal while adding another major destination for visitors.
