Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to interact through video conference with participants of the Seva Yatra travelling from Varanasi to Vadnagar under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. The interaction will allow the participants to discuss their experiences and activities during the journey.
The yatra began on September 17 as part of the wider campaign marking 25 years of Prime Minister Modi’s public life. Participants are travelling through towns, districts, talukas and villages while taking part in community service and public engagement activities.
The initiative combines youth participation with social service, cultural interaction and community outreach. Participants have been visiting local communities and taking part in cleanliness activities, along with programmes at schools, hospitals, nursing homes and other public locations.
The motorcycle journeys are being conducted in both directions between Varanasi and Vadnagar, with young participants covering multiple states, districts and villages. The journey is scheduled to continue until October 7.
The interaction follows an earlier virtual meeting with participants travelling from Vadnagar to Varanasi. During that interaction, the Prime Minister spoke with the travellers about their experiences and engagement with communities along the route.
