Circle Internet Group said its Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox Geen plans to leave the role after more than five years with the company. He will remain as CFO through the end of December 2026, unless a successor is appointed earlier, to help ensure a smooth transition.
The company has begun searching for a new finance chief with the help of an executive search firm. Fox Geen joined Circle in May 2021 and played a key role in its growth, including helping guide the company through its $1.2 billion initial public offering last year.
Circle also announced that co founder Sean Neville has stepped down from its board with immediate effect for personal reasons. The company said his departure is part of an orderly board refreshment process.ess.
