CYMA representative announced on November 25 that the central committee of the Young Mizo Association (YMA) or Central YMA will provide humanitarian aid to the ethnic Kuki-Chin (Mizo) people from Bangladesh who have sought refuge in Mizoram.

With nearly 5 lakh members both inside and outside the state, YMA is the largest civil society organization in Mizoram.
 

The Mizoram cabinet had also decided on Tuesday to give the Bangladeshi nationals temporary housing, food, and other necessities.
