On December 12, according to official sources, the Election Commission will hear from the rival Shiv Sena factions commanded by Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde.

 

They stated that the party's symbol conflict had progressed to the "substantive hearing" stage. The required order was issued on Tuesday, and the first in-person meeting between the two sides has been scheduled for December 12.
 

The polling panel has also instructed both sides to submit any further statements or documentation by 5 PM on December 9.
