On November 30, senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah emphasised the need for states to support Hindi or regional language education in the technical, medical, and law fields so that the nation may make use of the brilliance of non-English speaking students.
 

In order to foster research and invention, Shah emphasised the value of education in Hindi and other regional languages. He claimed that when students study in their mother tongues, they can easily generate innovative thought processes.

 “Technical, medical, and law - all should be taught in Hindi and regional languages. All state governments should take initiative to properly translate the curriculum of these three fields of education into regional languages,” Shah said in an interview.
