The restaurant will offer a range of dishes to whet the appetite, from famous Indian delicacies, including sweet and savoury street snacks, to aromatic curries and dum biryanis to create a true sense of India.
The new menuwill highlight the regional diversity of cuisine from India,with dishes including Murgh Malai Tikka, Awadhi Murgh Biriyani, Bharwa Khumb, and delectable chaat such as Dahi Batata Puri from the North, and a range of spicymain courses centred around rice or rice-based dishes representative of the South. All dishes are made from traditional recipes.
The menu will also cater to vegetarian and gluten-free guests and provide a selection of traditional drinks such as lassi, chaas and chai combined with modern classics such as mojitos, shakes and healthy beverages.
In addition to the new menu, the restaurant interiors will be vibrantly decorated to create a traditional Indian atmosphere, utilising warm and bright coloursto capture India’s true essence.
