In a scathing attack against Narendra Modi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that he has personal information about the Prime Minister, which can prove him being involved in a serious scam.
"Modi is very scared because I have personal information on the prime minister. We have told the Speaker that please let us speak in Parliament and it is our political right to speak in Parliament but this government is opposing. Members of ruling government is up in arms and they are not letting the Opposition speak," Gandhi told media.
Attacking the PM Modi further, Rahul said, once he stared speaking against demonetisation in the parliament, he will not be able to even sit in the parliament.
For the past weeks the opposition parties have been demanding to discuss the demonetisation but the government is not allowing any discussion to happen on the topic.
"I have come here to speak. Let's see if the government allows me to speak," Gandhi told media.
Meanwhile, declining all allegations made by Rahul Gandhi as baseless, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar has called his statement as "very unfortunate".
"The allegation was made out of desperation and he (Gandhi) should apologise to the nation," Kumar said.
