The government is planning to provide free wifi to a total of 300 key railway stations across the country by December. 

"All major stations will have free wifi connectivity by teh end of 2017," a rail ministry spokesperson said. 

So foar Railway Ministery's telecommunication arm Railtel in collaboration with Google has enabled wifi connectivity in 100 railways station in the country.

According a an official data, over 15,000 first time users are connecting to the existing network everyday.
