4:30 pm: As part of the launch event, he distributed 5,100 e-rickshaws under the Mudra Yojna Scheme. The e-rickshaws were received by cycle rickshaw owners as well as women and transgenders, according to a press statement. These e-rickshaws have been distributed for use in Delhi-NCR region, including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The release added that customers will now be able to book e-rickshaws through Ola mobile app and make online payment via Freecharge platform.
