PM Modi inaugurates Namo Path

The newly built Namo Path on Devka Seafront in Daman has become the latest tourist attraction, inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, to boost the tourism industry in the region. The Prime Minister arrived at the venue and interacted with construction workers before posing for a photograph alongside them. He also visited the Naya Bharat Selfie Point.

The Devka Seafront, stretching 5.45 km and built at a cost of approximately Rs 165 crore, is a unique coastal promenade in India. It is expected to stimulate the local economy and attract more tourists to the area, making it a hub for leisure and recreational activities. The Seafront has been developed into a world-class tourist destination with smart lighting, parking facilities, gardens, food stalls, recreational areas, and future provisions for luxury tent cities.

Accompanied by the Administrator of Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu and Lakshadweep, Praful Patel, the Prime Minister's visit marks the beginning of a new era for the region's tourism industry.
